Certification Requirements
  • BLS certification is required.
  • WA License is also required.

Job Requirements
  • Pediatric facility experience is required.
  • Specialty: Certified Surgical Tech.
  • Ultrasound procedure experience is required.
  • Portables, inpatient, ER, PICU, NICU, and Neonate experience is required.
  • Inpatient Surg Tech Experience is required.
  • Scrub Experience is required.
  • Outpatient, Level I Trauma, Children's Hospital experience is required.
  • Endo/Laparoscopic Experience is required.
  • ENT and Robotics Experience is required.
  • NBSTSA is preferred.
Schedule Information
  • Shift: 4x10 Days.
  • On Call: Yes, variable days and times as needed.
  • Weekend: Potential.
  • Floating: No.
Unit Specific Information
  • Pediatric facility experience is required.
  • Inpatient Surg Tech Experience is required.
  • Scrub Experience is required.
Additional Details
  • I-9 is required for all Aya placements, attestation is required for subcontractors.
  • Everify is required for all Aya placements, attestation is required for subcontractors.
  • Required if using a compact license that is not WA.
  • ACLS should be required for Air Lift candidates.
  • Certifications by Unit are housed in Nova in the Unit Job Descriptions.
