Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular inspections of residential halls to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Housing and Residential Life, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety protocols and environmental health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to respond to emergency situations.
- 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Experience working in a college or university environment.
- Fluency in Spanish language.
