About Us:
Beersheba Springs Assembly, a historic venue transformed into a conference and retreat center, serves as a year-round destination for groups and individuals seeking spiritual and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare a variety of meals, including special dietary options such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
  2. Ensure food safety and proper kitchen procedures, including cleaning and maintaining the dining area.
  3. Address guest inquiries regarding dietary restrictions with professionalism.
  4. Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including guest rooms and common areas.
  5. Support the operation of the gift shop and assist with hosting duties as needed.
  6. Participate in regular team meetings and report any facility issues to the Hospitality Director.
  7. Adapt to a flexible work schedule and manage physical demands of the role.

Compensation:
$12.00 per hour
Part-time position in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
