Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company protocols, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations
  • Responsible for personal safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Perform QA inspections of completed installations
  • Assist with developing maintenance programs and provide accurate and timely inspection reports
  • Conduct field service to diagnose and repair commercial/industrial PV systems
  • Manage inventory of parts and equipment

Requirements

  • Action and results focus – initiating tasks and focusing on accomplishment and efficiency in time management
  • Critical thinking – analytically and logically evaluate information and propositions with high regard for problem solving and adapting
  • Attention to detail of work content, steps, and final products with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Communication – formally and effectively delivering information to necessary groups or teams
  • Demonstrate knowledge of electrical safety and arc flash standards
  • Demonstrate understanding and ability to follow operating, switching, maintenance, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Working knowledge of industrial or power facility operations and maintenance
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics and prints
  • In-depth experience testing and troubleshooting medium voltage and high voltage equipment
  • Valid driver's license required with a clean driving background
  • Willing to travel to remote sites and stay on location as needed
