As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to consistently attain monthly production minimums.
Your key objectives will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
