Position Overview
We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Lead Plumbing Supervisor to become a vital part of our team.

This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring the effective and efficient management of all plumbing activities on our job sites.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both rough and finish plumbing, along with the capability to lead and oversee a team of skilled plumbing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Plumbing Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the plumbing team to guarantee that all tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  2. Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ascertain the layout of plumbing systems and the materials required.

  3. Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in compliance with state and local plumbing regulations.

  4. Conducting regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify any issues or potential concerns.

  5. Training and mentoring junior plumbing staff, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

  6. Ensuring team safety by implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols and procedures.

  7. Communicating effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

  8. Resolving plumbing-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications:
To be considered for the Lead Plumbing Supervisor position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a plumbing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.

  2. Thorough knowledge of rough and finish plumbing, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

  3. A valid plumbing license and a comprehensive understanding of local and state plumbing codes.

  4. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.

  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison with a variety of stakeholders.
