A successful Bartender will be an enthusiastic and persuasive salesperson, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages as per state regulations.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the primary language of the workplace.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of beer, wine, and spirits, along with familiarity with standard drink recipes.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to thrive in a dynamic restaurant atmosphere.
  • Effectively communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Take full responsibility for delivering a quality guest experience.
  • Gather information about specials and side work from management at the beginning of each shift.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company bar standards and apply them to manage the bar efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Complete assigned side work throughout the shift and at closing time.
  • Work alongside others to keep all areas clean and stocked according to company standards.
  • Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company recipes.
  • Learn the names of regular patrons and recognize them.
  • Process guest payments, including credit card transactions and making change when necessary.
  • Wash and sanitize glassware as required.
  • Organize bottles and glasses attractively to facilitate efficient drink preparation and promote beverage sales.
  • Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge Required:

Understanding of guest relations, bar standards, liquor, beer, and wine knowledge, POS operation, side work duties, recipes, mixology, menu knowledge, and local and state laws regarding bartending and alcohol service.
