- Implement systems to minimize product waste, adjusting inventory levels as needed based on business fluctuations.
- Adhere to NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOH) standards at all times.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product, service, and brand training materials.
- Participate in initiatives with Operations and Marketing teams to boost foot traffic, attract new customers, increase daily sales, and foster a loyal neighborhood clientele.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability that meets the needs of our cafes, including:
- Part Time: 15-25 hours per week, with a minimum of 3 days of availability, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, with a minimum of 4-5 days of availability, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. upon acceptance of a job offer and completion of the Form I-9 with acceptable documents.
- Starting pay of $16.50-$17.50 per hour plus tips.
- Barista accreditation and training program.
