Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Culligan by WaterCo. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience in a sales/marketing environment.
  • Data-entry experience.
Professional Skills:
  • Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn a proprietary customer service program.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written).
