Job Overview

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center, located in Indianapolis.

We welcome patients of all ages, from children to seniors, with a philosophy of care that stresses strength-based and family- and community-centered treatment utilizing the Recovery Model of treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nursing services as a health team member in Outreach clinics
  • Provide health education and patient counseling to control and prevent disease and promote optimum health and wellbeing of clients
  • Respond to health needs of patients when seen in the clinic by identifying and assessing healthcare requirements of problems expressed
  • Assist physicians and other team members in clinics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Indiana License as a Registered Nurse
  • Graduation from a nationally accredited college or university
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Additional certifications and specialty skills related to designated area of practice
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

This role is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
