Logistics Assistant

At LibraLogix, we are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Logistics Assistant to support our delivery operations in Cleveland, Ohio. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of household appliances to customer homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the driver to ensure all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the installation of appliances, including connecting water lines, hoses, and power cords.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and courteously with clients.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the truck and work areas.
• Adhere to company protocols to ensure all deliveries meet high standards.

Qualifications:

• Dependability: Punctual and consistent with a strong work ethic.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting and maneuvering heavy items (up to 150 lbs) with assistance or equipment.
• Customer-Focused: Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Available to work three days per week, with the possibility of additional shifts based on business needs.
• Transportation: Reliable means of commuting to and from the starting location in Cleveland, Ohio.
• Experience: Prior experience in delivery or appliance installation is advantageous but not required; comprehensive paid training will be provided.
