We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Rheumatology team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physical examinations and develop care plans for patients with rheumatic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and manage patient flow
- Perform specialized procedures, including arthrocentesis and intra-articular steroid injections
- Prescribe medications and monitor lab results to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in educational meetings and maintain current knowledge and skills in rheumatology and advanced practice nursing
- Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Nurse Practitioner
- 2 years of ambulatory experience as an NP, preferably in a rheumatology clinic setting
