Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance the customer learning experience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather feedback and ensure that training content meets objectives.
  • Design and implement engaging and effective training content, including video, multimedia materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs.
  • Develop and implement assessments and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning materials and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in leading instructional design work.
  • 10+ years of creating training content to distill technical acumen to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly proficient in instructional design software, e-learning design tools, multimedia editing software, and LMS administration.
  • Expert in adult learning principles and theories.
  • Solid experience in technology training and development of training materials.
  • Experience with ensuring accessibility standards in training resources and content.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience supervising a team of 2+ employees.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with training, implementation, and rollout of healthcare software applications.
  • Working knowledge of project management concepts.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-focused skills and experience.
  • Dedicated to improving the behavioral health delivery system and workforce.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
