Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive Case Management: Conduct intake interviews, manage complex legal schedules, and coordinate treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Client Advocacy and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing empathetic support and guidance to clients throughout their journey.
- Administrative Excellence: Oversee all aspects of case management, ensuring seamless execution and timely closure of cases.
- Decision Making & Problem Solving: Utilize your expertise to tackle complex case scenarios and operational challenges, driving innovative solutions and adaptability within legal frameworks.
- Experience: At least three to four years of case management experience in personal injury law, with a deep understanding of client advocacy.
- Results: Tangible, favorable-to-the-firm outcomes, driven by your proactive management of cases and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Platform Familiarity: Proficiency in legal-based client CRMs, such as Filevine, and experience with GSuite or O365.
- Adaptable and Resilient: Comfortable in an evolving environment, eager to embrace challenges and drive growth.
