Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Omni Community Health. In this role, you will oversee the supervision and direction of case management staff to ensure job performance meets Omni Community Health's policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPPA, federal, and local regulations.
The successful candidate will bring their passion and expertise in serving clients with developmentally, intellectually, and physically disabled individuals or mentally ill individuals. A bachelor's or master's degree in social services, human services, or a related field is required for case management oversight. Experience in managing teams and strong organizational skills are essential.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
