Job Summary

Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to join our Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) program. As a key member of our faculty team, you will be responsible for teaching, curriculum design, and research in the field of neuroscience and occupational therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in neuroscience and occupational therapy, including neuroscience for occupational participation
  • Develop and implement curriculum design and assessment plans
  • Contribute to the development of the OTD program's mission and vision
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure compliance with ACOTE standards
  • Participate in faculty meetings and events
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree from a recognized and accredited program
  • Registered and certified as an occupational therapist by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Licensed occupational therapist in the state of California
  • At least two years of clinical practice experience as an occupational therapist
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching and curriculum design
  • Strong knowledge of neuroscience and occupational therapy principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
