Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and training to pharmacy staff on compliance and product knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism and adherence to state regulations.
  • Conduct thorough consultations, both in-person and via phone, ensuring accurate and compassionate communication.
  • Implement company policies regarding customer service and safety protocols.
  • Assist patients in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs, including dosage and administration methods.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to support company growth.
  • Address and resolve customer and employee concerns effectively.
  • Report product-related issues promptly to management.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacy license in Virginia and registration with the Board of Pharmacy.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality care.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating various software platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about cannabis products and their applications.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $100,000
