Job SummaryWe're seeking a Per Diem Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Per Diem Physician, you'll provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing a broad array of patient needs and conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
You'll work collaboratively with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
Requirements- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Malpractice Insurance - Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical are covered 100%
- UpToDate Subscription - An evidence-based clinical research tool
- One Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR)
- Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with CA and local requirements
The hourly rate for this role is $[insert rate]. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
