Join Our Team
We're seeking a talented Family Medicine Physician to join our team on a per diem basis. As a per diem physician, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. You'll be responsible for seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with our in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program. You'll also need to have practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+). Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics is required, or you must be Board Eligible and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam. Finally, you'll need to be state licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date.
What We Offer
We're committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $177.00, with final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
