Position Overview
TAT Technologies Ltd is seeking a skilled Press Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate a Greenerd Hydraulic Press Machine. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of production processes.

A successful machine operator is dependable, detail-oriented, and adheres to safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to learning and improving their skills through on-the-job training.

Collaboration is key, as this position requires close teamwork with colleagues to ensure that production procedures run smoothly, maximizing efficiency and profitability.


Key Responsibilities
• Set up machines (including calibration and cleaning) to initiate production cycles.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
• Feed raw materials or components into semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
• Periodically test machine operations.
• Monitor output to identify any machine-related errors or defects.


Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Familiarity with various high-speed machinery and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Understanding of production processes.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., consistent use of protective equipment).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
