Job Summary

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide leadership and organizational management in client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training. You will be responsible for leading intake meetings with new clients and families, conducting and scoring initial and ongoing cases, developing individualized treatment plans, and training and supervising a caseload of behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead intake meetings with new clients and families to discuss treatment goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct and score initial and ongoing cases using appropriate tools to ensure accurate and effective treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each client, communicating goals and progress with the team of behavior technicians.
  • Train and supervise a caseload of no more than 8 clients and technicians to ensure effective treatment and staff development.
  • Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates to ensure they meet the necessary requirements for certification.
  • Develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings to educate families on effective behavior interventions.
  • Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists to coordinate therapy for shared clients and ensure comprehensive treatment.
  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary to ensure effective treatment and progress.
  • Attend team meetings as scheduled to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocol to ensure the highest level of client trust and respect.
  • Maintain open communication with families and clinical teams to ensure effective treatment and goals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
  • BLS certification (or willingness to complete training and exam upon hire) required.
  • Ability to be on-site from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
  • Must submit to a federal and state background check.
