Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant team at CKE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Operations and Quality
    • Ensure high standards of quality and service are maintained at all times.
    • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets.
    • Implement and maintain effective systems and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
    • Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.
    • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years in a management position, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Basic knowledge of computers.
    • Financial/analytical aptitude, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
    • Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
    • Team building and problem-solving skills.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Abilities
    • Ability to work long hours.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant General Manager will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with customers, employees, and other stakeholders. The role will require the ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, and to be flexible with regards to working hours.
