Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our Imaging Team. As a member of our team, you will perform routine diagnostic sonographic procedures in a safe and compassionate manner. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and positioning patients and equipment in a safe manner
  • Obtaining high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images
  • Maintaining proactive and effective communication with patients and radiologists regarding findings, patient histories, and test results

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General Ultrasound experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited program for radiographers or ultra-sonographers
  • Current Ultrasound registry through the ARDMS required
  • Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular experience preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
