Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist for a per diem / prn job in Brandon, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to help diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various types of equipment
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images and videos
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of procedures and results
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
  • Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Minimum 1-year experience in ultrasound imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
