Job Title: Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

The Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Current State License
  • Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years required
  • Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment required
  • CCRN preferred
  • Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is preferred
  • Associate s Degree or BSN required
