Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers to promote our services and increase referrals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Prepare and present business plans and proposals to key stakeholders to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and exceptional patient care.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.).
- Proven track record of sales success in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings.
