**Salary:** $16-$21 per hour

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Child Development Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our preschool program.
  • This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, supervising staff, and communicating with parents.
Responsibilities:
  1. Curriculum Planning: Plan and implement curriculum that emphasizes hands-on learning and aligns with state standards.
  2. Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise preschool teachers and assistants, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
  3. Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
  4. Classroom Environment: Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment that promotes the well-being of students and staff.
  5. Program Assessment: Regularly assess the effectiveness of the preschool program, seeking feedback from parents, staff, and students to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
