Gallery Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Gallery Host to join our team at CSM Corporation. As a Gallery Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our hotel.

• Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, verify registration and credit information, and balance bank statements.
• Food and Beverage Service: Prepare, set up, stock, and serve food and beverage products to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Communication: Answer hotel telephones, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate special requests and services.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized environment.

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or related industry.
• Language Skills: Strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 pounds).
