Gallery Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Gallery Host to join our team at CSM Corporation. As a Gallery Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, verifying registration, address, and credit information.
• Go above and beyond to provide assistance, such as helping with luggage, coffee, directions, wake-up calls, and future reservations.
• Provide information to guests and visitor inquiries, coordinating all guest requests for special arrangements of services.
• Answer hotel telephones courteously and efficiently, following Hyatt Place standards.
• Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean, and provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all guests.
• Be familiar and knowledgeable with the operation of the POS system.
• Assist guests with food orders and serve food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Occasionally drive hotel shuttle to transport guests.
• Use suggestive selling techniques and maintain a clean, organized environment for guests.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with constant guest interaction.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 pounds).
