Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing orders, returns, and exchanges, as well as generating pick tickets, receipts, and shipping documents.

Responsibilities
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Generate pick tickets, receipts, and shipping documents
  • Check in carriers for appointments and ensure quality and accuracy of process
  • Accurately input and verify merchandise receipts on a timely basis
  • Maintain current customer contracts accurately and in a confidential manner
  • Organize files, manuals, projects, and contracts to ensure proper information and documentation is provided to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Generate and retain required reporting for customers and Saddle Creek
  • Process customer orders on a timely and accurate basis according to customer request
  • Communicate with customers verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude
Requirements
  • Associates' Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least six (6) months of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with working with a warehouse management system (WMS) is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflict
  • Attention to detail to prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Technology savvy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and knowledge of PowerPoint are preferred
