Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Project Surveyor Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing or overseeing technical tasks related to land development projects. This includes:

  • Coordinating field crews and planning geodetic control networks.
  • Designing and processing control surveys, feature processing topographic field data, and generating Digital Terrain Models (DTMs).
  • Drafting land survey plats, ALTA surveys, and topographic maps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an applicable field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in surveying.
  • Proven ability to complete all technical aspects of a surveying task.
  • Good social and communication skills.
  • The ability to pass drug screens and background checks.
