We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Specialist to support and assist management in achieving project profitability and meeting schedule milestones. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing design and bidding documents, evaluating bids, and drafting designs.

Our client has over 25 years of experience in the industry with a diverse portfolio, focusing on multifamily and commercial projects throughout the Rocky Mountains. They are known as one of the most active and influential concrete contractors and are committed to providing an enjoyable working environment for their teams.

Description

The Construction Project Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing records, including costs, progress, materials, and equipment
  • Enforcing safety protocols and implementing necessary tasks
  • Preparing project reports related to traffic control, erosion control, and pollution control
  • Performing basic surveying activities to establish lines and elevations in the field
  • Maintaining progress photo albums
  • Collaborating with Director of Engineering, Project Managers, and Superintendents to support field foremen

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field of study
  • Experience in ground-up construction and concrete form work
  • At least 1 year of construction experience
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Solution-oriented and efficient worker
