Position Overview

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy to align with our organizational objectives. Collaborating closely with the executive leadership team, you will guide our growth trajectory and cultivate a culture that emphasizes inclusivity and high performance. It is preferred that the CHRO operates within the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our transition to a publicly traded entity.
  • Culture Development: Foster a workplace culture characterized by integrity, inclusivity, and innovation.
  • IPO Preparation: Spearhead HR initiatives related to IPO readiness, including executive compensation structures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Executive Advisory: Provide strategic HR guidance to the executive team, board members, and stakeholders.
  • Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance evaluation and leadership development programs.
  • Organizational Change: Lead the organization through periods of growth and transformation, including the integration of newly acquired entities.
  • Employee Engagement: Encourage open communication and collaboration in a remote work environment, addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal standards across all operational regions and implement best HR practices.
  • Compensation Strategy: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Continuous Improvement: Innovate and enhance HR functions to align with our growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 20 years in HR leadership roles, particularly within high-growth technology sectors and newly public companies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Professional certifications such as SPHR or PHR are advantageous.
  • Expertise: Extensive knowledge of HR regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, and labor laws applicable to our diverse workforce.
  • Remote Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage global remote teams effectively.
  • Executive Presence: Experience in navigating complex relationships with high-profile executives and stakeholders.
  • Innovative Approach: A proactive mindset towards leveraging technology to enhance HR practices.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, capable of articulating a clear vision and fostering collaboration.
  • Integrity: A strong commitment to ethical standards and maintaining integrity in all HR operations.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $325,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
