Job Title: Psychotherapist - DBT Certified

Job Summary:

Los Gatos Therapy Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced psychotherapist to lead our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DBT, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for mentoring and training.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff and participate in weekly consultation team meetings.
  • Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings and provide clinical mentorship.
  • Develop and implement DBT training programs for staff.
  • Regularly review and audit clinical documentation to ensure adherence to DBT standards.

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and retain program staff by overseeing training and development.
  • Identify staff development needs and provide support for training and growth.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure staff are meeting professional growth and development objectives.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • California State licensure as a psychotherapist or psychologist.
  • Completion of DBT Foundations training from Behavioral Tech Institute or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
