This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to oversee the daily operations of a Walmart store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales and profit growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of associates to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandise presentation, and operational processes.
- Customer Service: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience.
- Financial Performance: Drive sales and profit growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink.
- Associate Development: Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Education: 2 years' of college or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years' of retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to drive sales and profit growth, and experience with inventory management and operational processes.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
- Experience: General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $65,000.00-$80,000.00, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
