About the Role:
We are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, to maintain and repair various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Your duties will include performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance, responding to emergency maintenance requests, maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. You will also assist with resident move-ins and move-outs as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
