Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineering Maintenance Technician to join our team in New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of automated equipment on our production line.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of automated equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
  • Maintenance of detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and replacements.
  • Creation and documentation of standard Preventative Maintenance (PM) processes and work instructions.
  • Monitoring and replenishment of consumables such as lubricants, filters, and other essential supplies.
  • Cleaning of equipment to maintain cleanliness standards and prevent contamination.
  • Troubleshooting of issues with automated equipment to minimize disruptions in production.
  • Collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with the overall production schedule.
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
  • Proficient in using various hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Skillful in problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
