We are seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer and culture champion who embodies both technical prowess and leadership acumen.

This individual will contribute to the development of high-quality software while nurturing a culture that values effective team practices.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in client-side scripting and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement high-quality front-end solutions using React, ensuring the delivery of user-friendly and efficient applications.
  2. Lead front-end design and integration, architecting and implementing responsive UI components and integrating them with server-side APIs.
  3. Champion front-end automated testing, establishing and maintaining a comprehensive testing suite for UI components.
  4. Maintain front-end code quality, committing to high standards of code quality with regular peer code reviews and refactoring.
  5. Foster front-end team growth and culture, serving as a mentor and advocate for front-end best practices within the team.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to ensure cohesive development efforts.
  7. Stay current with front-end technologies, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development.
