Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning, organizing, and executing daily store operations, including sales, accounting, and customer service.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales floor staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to drive sales.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of store reports, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a rent-to-own environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
