About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Production Coordinator to join our team at Pro-Tech Staffing Services. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving and executing the day-to-day rework of modules while ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use specialized equipment to solder components together, making precise welds to connect wire to wire and wire to soldering pad.
  • Communicate production information to oncoming shifts.
  • Maintain soldering and workstation equipment.
  • Perform repairs of cell strings and modules.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • One year or more of soldering experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
