Key Responsibilities
  • Execute repairs as outlined in the service order with precision and adherence to company protocols.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle performance and identify issues.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and brakes.
  • Maintain clear communication with service advisors to keep customers informed about necessary services.
  • Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs as needed.
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Technician.
  • Certification from FCA/Stellantis is mandatory.
  • Proficient in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary vehicle technologies.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
