Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician Lead to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our HVAC service team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
