Job Opportunity

Monroe Tractor, a reputable construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer, is seeking a skilled Parts Representative to join their team. With over 70 years of experience serving the northeastern US, the company prides itself on providing exceptional sales and support to its customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diesel agriculture and construction equipment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers. Responsibilities will include selling parts to walk-in and call-in customers, shipping and receiving parts orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell parts to customers and achieve sales targets
  • Process and fulfill customer orders
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Diesel agriculture and construction equipment knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer skills
