Domino's Pizza is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Team Lead to lead our team and contribute to the success of our Domino's Pizza franchise. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and a clean and safe work environment.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen and dining area.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a well-stocked store.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role or customer service position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math and money skills.
