Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service, understanding customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to create beautiful and functional spaces, utilizing your knowledge of design and home furnishings.
  • Utilize technology, such as the iPad and floor planning software, to enhance the customer experience and streamline the design process.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple customer interactions and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, design trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-centric retail environment, with a passion for design and customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. design, business) preferred.
