Senior Caregiver Opportunity at St. John's Embrace Living

St. John's Embrace Living is a leading provider of innovative senior services, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Caregiver to join our team. As a Senior Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and our interdisciplinary care team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in gerontology and care management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Current NYS LPN/RN license
  • Current NYS CPR certification
  • Interest in working with elderly population
  • Previous experience with elder care desired
  • Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required
