Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

At HCP Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Arverne, NY.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department. The successful candidate will collaborate with the DON and ADON to assess, manage, and oversee the Nursing Department, ensuring consistency and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the DON and ADON to assess, manage, and oversee the Nursing Department.
  • Ensure all nursing personnel are aligned with their job descriptions.
  • Lead and problem solve any clinical and administrative emergencies.
  • Support staff through education and leadership.
  • Conduct daily rounds in the Nursing Services Department.
  • Act on behalf of the leadership team providing great coaching and customer service.
  • Participate in facility surveys.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid NYS RN License.
  • 1+ year experience in Long-Term Care required.
  • 1+ year Experience as an RN required.
