Vision It US is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and Cloud methodologies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 68 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Cloud methodologies.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
- Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, and document defects.
- SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) good to have.
- Ability to adapt to short sprint cycles (2 weeks).
- Experience in the full software lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills required and able to work independently.
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results.
