Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MERCHANDISING REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Martinsburg, West Virginia. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our client brands stand out at Walmart stores.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to drive product availability and execute retail merchandising activities to connect customers with the brands they love. You will work independently but collaboratively with our team and Walmart store management to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place product on the floor
  • Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need
  • Front face products to make shelves look their best
  • Receive marketing materials and install promotional displays as instructed
  • Build displays to showcase client products as needed
  • Answer simple questions within our field technology and take photos of completed work

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • A smartphone with data and internet access

Estimated Salary Range: $35,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
