Position Overview
As a Trek Sales Associate, your role is not just a typical retail position. You will be at the forefront, assisting individuals in enjoying their biking experiences.

You'll have the chance to familiarize yourself with some of the most innovative products in the cycling market, provide thoughtful recommendations to customers, and build meaningful connections with cyclists in your community.

The environment is dynamic, customers are inquisitive, and maintaining a collaborative, customer-focused team spirit is essential.

We prioritize hospitality skills above all, and we prefer to hire individuals who are eager to learn rather than those who believe they know everything. If you are already knowledgeable about bikes, that’s great; if not, we will provide training. The key is understanding how to treat customers, assess their needs, and surpass their expectations.
